Our produce, meat poultry and fish come from farms, gardens and fisheries, local wherever possible, guided by the principles of sustainability. Helping to protect the environment by lessening the transportation of goods it also helps support the local economy and local producers. Many of the vegetables and herbs used in out dishes are grown in our own gardens without any chemicals.

Strattons is open for morning coffee and afternoon tea daily from 7.30am Monday to Friday and from 8.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Come in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Our reception team will be happy to show you around.

Children’s teas

We can provide a children's tea or alternatively your children may accompany you in the restaurant and eat smaller portions from the menu, priced accordingly.
The children's supper is served at 6.30pm by prior consultation.

Please be aware we cannot produce a supper out of a hat, we are interested in cooking great food however small the diner, this requires time, effort and care. Our ethos is to purchase fresh food on a daily basis therefore we may not have precisely what you want if you give us short notice.
