Yes, and there is no additional charges for this
How far away is Norwich?
Norwich is along the A47, 30 miles from Swaffham. There is an hourly bus to and from Swaffham and Norwich called the X1, which takes around 1 hour, stopping in Dereham and other villages on route.
Do we allow dogs?
Yes, we welcome dogs that are cat and chicken tolerant! Please see our rates page to view the suitable rooms and advise us on booking should you wish to bring your dog.
Are we child friendly?
All ages of children are welcome at Strattons; to view suitable family rooms please see our rates page. Cots, cot beds, high chairs, baby listening and teas are available. Children?s teas should be booked in advance as everything is made daily using the tasty wholesome produce from the local area. Children can collect their egg for breakfast and feed the chickens daily!
Do we require a deposit for booking?
Yes, we require a deposit and valid card to secure a reservation
What time is check in?
You can check in any time from 2.30pm, please feel free to arrive earlier, if the room is ready we can check you in or you can leave your car and luggage while you enjoy some lunch at the hotel or explore the local area

By 11.30am
How far are we from the North Norfolk Coast?
We are approximately a 30 minutes drive away from the coast. You can also get the X1 bus from Swaffham to Kings Lynn and get on the Coast Hopper which will take you all along the North Norfolk coast stopping in villages along with way so you can hop on and off at your leisure at anywhere that takes your fancy.
Do we provide bathrobes and slippers?
No, inline with our environmental policy we do not provide these items.
Do the rooms have DVD players?
All our bedrooms and suites have DVD players. We have a large inhouse collection which you can borrow at no extra charge. We also have a small library of CD's which can be played through the DVD or Bose players found in most bedrooms.
What channels do the TV's have?
All our bedrooms and suites have digi boxes!
